If you love your chocolate then chances are you'll recognise Willie Harcourt-Cooze from off your TV screen.
Willie is the lunatic bloke, so passionate about chocolate, that he sold up his home in London and moved to Venezuela where he bought a cacao farm – Hacienda El Tesoro. He lived there for 10 years, farmed the cacao beans himself and made chocolate bars to sell to the locals. Nowadays, he's back in England being a TV celeb as chocolate's equivalent of the crocodile hunter.
He's still making chocolate the old fashioned way and he's also put out these two rather delicious books.
