Welcome to the Bull Rush website (“the site”) which is owned and operated by Bull Rush Chocolate (Bull Rush) and maintained as a service to customers and fans.

You’re welcome to have a look around and buy chocolate provided that you stick to the rules that follow (“the Terms”).

We’re stoked that you have come to visit and hope that you sample our chocolate via the online shop or by purchasing from one of our agents.

Acceptance

By accessing and using the site (and any of its pages) you signify your agreement, understanding and acceptance of the Terms and all information pertaining to both the site and any material on it. If you communicate with Bull Rush Chocolate by e-mail, or using any form on the site you should note that the security of e-mail is uncertain. We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information.

We protect your credit card information during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. Bull Rush retains only partial card details. However they may be held by either Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) (review their Privacy Policy) or Paystation (review their Privacy Policy) depending on which provider processes the transaction.

Cookies

We use cookies to improve the member experience. We also use them to deliver information and fresh content specific to your interests. Cookies are widely used on most major Web sites.

Bull Rush mostly uses "session" cookies, which are removed from your computer once you leave the site. These are used so our service can remember that you have logged in already and prevent you doing so more frequently. Session cookies expire and are deleted after 30 minutes of no activity on the site.

Bull Rush participates in Google's AdWords pay-per-click advertising programme. AdWords advertisements appear on Google's search result pages and on the Google Network.
